Business Operations Specialist and Math Teacher

Think Academy U.S. is seeking a full-time Business Operations Specialist and Math Teacher with excellent organizational skills and a strong sense of responsibility. The role is designed for recent graduates and junior level professionals passionate about education and driven to grow into future leaders in the education industry. Responsibilities include leading the middle school teaching team for the Summer 2025 semester, delivering 6th and 7th grade math classes, planning teaching activities such as lectures, online events, and trial classes, conducting and proctoring practice or mock exams, instructing math classes according to the Think Academy curriculum, providing constructive feedback to students, collaborating with teachers and staff to create a supportive learning environment, building strong relationships with parents, addressing client inquiries about courses and registration, engaging potential clients through various communication channels, developing and executing plans to meet enrollment targets, monitoring sales performance, and collaborating with academic, marketing, and operations teams to ensure smooth integration between enrollment and program delivery. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics or a STEM-related field, fluency in Mandarin (speaking, reading, and writing), previous experience teaching or coaching middle school students, strong understanding of mathematical concepts and problem-solving techniques, passion for education, good communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to collaborate effectively with others.
