- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of experience in operations and spend management in a corporate environment.
- Experience in financial analysis, especially in a customer service or contact center environment.
- 7 years of experience using data analysis to drive decision making.
- 7 years of experience building relationships with stakeholders or clients.
- Experience with data visualization tools.
- Experience applying financial analysis to outsourced operations.
- Experience in spreadsheets and other financial modelling tools.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $132,000-$194,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. - Develop, maintain, and present detailed financial reports on spending across gUP Operations, including monthly and quarterly reports for senior management.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of spend data to identify cost drivers, outliers, and opportunities for optimization, and develop reporting on pre-approved vs invoiced spend.
- Analyze the financial impact of proposed changes to Operations support models, such as staffing adjustments or technology implementations.
- Collaborate with the leadership team on annual budgets, monitor actual spend against budget, and provide regular variance analysis and spend forecasting, while partnering with the broader Operations team to understand their financial needs.
- Collaborate with other finance team members on broader financial reporting and analysis initiatives, and participate in cross-functional projects aimed at improving the efficiency and footprint of Operations.
