Establish talent selection, assessment, training, and incentive management methods and regulations for the European retail sales team; follow up on implementation and evaluate effectiveness.
Extract best practices from top-performing sales personnel inside and outside the industry, build successful models, empower local markets, and drive localization and implementation across countries.
Identify issues in retail operations and promoter management across different countries based on current business conditions, and propose targeted improvement solutions.
Maintain day-to-day European retail fundamental data, support development of localized demo APKs, and manage demo devices in Europe.
Job Requirements:
Over 3 years of work experience, with hands-on experience in building retail talent development systems and independently managing talent development projects.
Familiar with course development and experience extraction methodologies, with successful experience in course design and implementation.
Strong communication skills and a clear sense of goal orientation.
Proficiency in English is required, must be sufficient for work. Willing to travel.
