What you'll do
- Complete daily translation tasks for the Translation team, ensuring both quality and timeliness.
- Proofread and review translations completed by team members to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Manage the team, including task allocation, team communication, and member guidance.
- Perform LQA (Language Quality Assessment), debugging, and cross-checking across web and App platforms.
- Optimize and maintain translation memory and terminology databases to improve consistency and efficiency.
What you'll need
- Strong team management, task assignment, and coordination skills, with experience in mentoring and developing team members.
- Excellent English translation skills , coupled with strong proficiency in multiple languages.
- Minimum of 2 years’ proven experience in translation/localization in crypto industry.
- Highly responsible with good communication skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Practical experience with LQA, terminology, and translation memory tools is preferred. Proficient in using CAT tools.
- Detail-oriented, quick learner, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
