Qualifications: - Ability to engage students in learning.
- Ability to maintain a positive learning environment.
- Excellent classroom management skills and technology skills.
- Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of child growth and development, effective instructional strategies, learning assessments and research related to learning.
Certification Requirements: - Holds or is eligible for the Elementary School Teacher in Grades K-6 New Jersey instructional certification as well as the Middle School with Subject matter specialization: Language Arts/Literacy Specialization in Grades 5-8 certification
- OR must hold or be able to obtain the Teacher of English certification
- OR must hold the Elementary School Teacher certification
