What will you do in SuperPlay?:
- Lead and manage the localization process to ensure high-quality translations across multiple languages.
- Collaborate with translation vendors, to manage timelines, expectations, and deliverables.
- Ensure consistency and accuracy in localized content, aligning with brand voice and business priorities.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to streamline workflows, enhance efficiency, and implement process improvements.
- Oversee vendors and coordinate internal reviews to maintain quality and timely delivery.
- Develop and manage project plans, including budget, schedule, and scope.
- Ensure compliance with localization standards and best practices.
- Provide project updates, communicate potential delays, and refine processes to optimize quality, scalability, and cost efficiency.
Who are you?:
Must-Have:
- Native-level English proficiency.
- 1+ years of experience in project management /localization/relevant role, within an organization.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A proactive mindset with a drive for success and process optimization.
- Excellent communication skills for working with both internal teams and external partners.
