We are seeking a highly skilled and cleared Russian Instructor to provide high-quality language instruction to government, military, or corporate personnel. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in teaching Russian as a foreign language, a strong understanding of Russian culture, and the ability to tailor lessons to students with varying levels of proficiency. Candidates must possess an active top security clearance with poly and be able to work in a classified or sensitive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide instruction in Russian language at various proficiency levels, from beginner to advanced.
Develop, adapt, and deliver curriculum, lesson plans, and instructional materials tailored to student needs.
Conduct language proficiency assessments and provide feedback on student progress.
Integrate cultural, historical, and geopolitical insights into language instruction.
Utilize immersive teaching techniques such as role-playing, interactive exercises, and real-world scenarios.
Leverage technology and multimedia resources to enhance language acquisition.
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to security protocols in a cleared environment.
Participate in ongoing training to stay current with best practices in language instruction.
Collaborate with other instructors and program managers to ensure curriculum alignment and effectiveness.
