The AI/NLP Product Manager leads a team of linguists to accomplish their KPIs for the year and review the team's workload to ensure compliance with the agreed client deadlines. They are responsible for mentoring and engaging the team to deliver high-quality output and implementing effective strategies to identify gaps in skill sets and address said opportunities.
Required qualifications:
- 2 years experience in supporting Natural Learning Processing projects (Google Assistant, Siri, Alexa, Cortana, and similar projects)
- Graduate degree or relevant work experience supporting general linguistics or computation linguistics
- Business-level proficiency in English and native-level proficiency in Korean
- Knowledge of semantics and syntax
- Ability to quickly grasp technical concepts
- Good organizational skills
- Able to multitask effectively and adjust smoothly to changing priorities
Nice to haves:
- Experience with linguistic annotation in semantics and syntax
- Experience programming or scripting, and working in Linux/Unix environment
