Position OverviewWe are seeking passionate and driven Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) to join our team! This role provides the opportunity to work in diverse settingshome-based, community based, clinic-based, and virtualserving children and their families with a wide range of speech and language needs.

Key Responsibilities- Provide speech and language therapy services under the supervision of a licensed SLP
- Carry out individualized treatment plans and implement therapy activities
- Collaborate with supervising SLPs, families, and other team members
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Support parent coaching and home practice strategies
- Attend team meetings and contribute to ongoing clinical growth

Qualifications- Current California SLPA license
- Previous experience working with pediatric populations preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently while taking feedback and direction
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with telehealth platforms (training provided)
Schedule- Part-Time: Flexible, up to 20 hours/week
- Full-Time: 3040 hours/week
