Who We AreSpeech Tactics is Charlotte's premier interdisciplinary pediatric therapy center, providing compassionate, high-quality care to children with neurodevelopmental differences. Our team includes SLPs, OTs, PTs, BCBAs, and psychologists working together to support communication, functional skills, and overall well-being for the whole child and family.
About the RoleWe're hiring a Bilingual Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to support therapy services for children from birth through adolescence. The ideal candidate is collaborative, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping children communicate, connect, and thrive.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:Deliver direct speech-language therapy under the supervision of a licensed SLP.
Carry out individualized treatment plans and goals with clarity and care.
Provide home exercise programs and coaching to families to support carryover.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team during progress reports and care planning.
Document sessions accurately and contribute meaningfully to team communication.
Participate in ongoing supervision, mentorship, and development opportunities.
Minimum QualificationsValid SLP-Assistant license in North Carolina.
Strong communication, time management, and collaboration skills.
Spanish language fluency is a plus!
2 years of pediatric experience preferred (but not required).
Early Childhood Intervention experience is a plus.
