The Disney Lorcana TCG team is growing! The Product & Play Team is looking for a highly organized, flexible, and collaborative Sr Producer – Product & Play. In this pivotal role, you’ll lead end-to-end workflows across a wide range of products and play & events support materials including for-sale SKUs, promo cards, store organized play kits, and event support materials. As the connective tissue between product management and production, you’ll establish structures & processes that enable you to coordinate timelines, manage resources, track project costs against budget, oversee approvals through Disney’s internal systems, and serve as the key liaison between internal teams, vendors, and external agencies. The ideal candidate has a passion for physical product development, possesses strong project management skills, outstanding attention to detail, the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously, and a knack for anticipating roadblocks and finding win-win solutions - ensuring all work moves forward efficiently and effectively. Disney fandom and TCG knowledge are a plus!
What You’ll Do
Project Management:

Oversee the planning, execution, and on-time delivery of all Product & Play products and materials including for sale SKUs, promo cards, retail kits, tournament materials and more

Lead Product Management development operations, defining and supporting all critical milestones from initial project conception through final delivery

Ensure all deliverables meet licensor, brand and quality standards

Proactively identify and develop solutions for potential roadblocks

Support and manage project workflows including proper briefing processes, project prioritization and resource allocation

Serve as the primary contact driving communications across key stakeholders including Product & Play, Production, Marketing, Creative, Brand, Localization, external vendors and agency partners, regionally based go-to-market teams, and licensor partners
Budget Management:
- Compile total project cost estimates and track component costs to ensure projects stay within budget and hit P&L targets

Ensure that all costs are accurately categorized and provide monthly reports reflecting actual costs against budget
Approval Management:

Own the submission process for Play & Events assets through licensor’s approval systems, and coordinate with the rest of the studio on submissions for other Product & Marketing items

Own the submissions and approval process for external Play & Events partners through both Ravensburger and licensor systems

Track and manage feedback, revisions, and final approvals to ensure brand and franchise compliance

Build strong relationships between Ravensburger and the licensor, and act as the go-to expert for navigating licensor’s brand and content guidelines
External Vendor & Agency Management:

Serve as the primary point of contact for external Product & Play production partners and creative agencies

Manage internal and external creative reviews and approvals

Manage vendor & agency scopes, timelines, deliverables, and budgets

Provide clear briefs, consolidate internal feedback, and ensure external work aligns with brand expectations and campaign goals
Marketing Support:

Collaborate closely with the marketing and creative teams to identify campaign needs and proactively develop project plans

Support asset localization and international campaign rollouts

Track and report on project milestones, KPIs, and campaign readiness

SALARY RANGE- $115,000-$125,000 ANNUALLY
