We are seeking an omni-channel marketing expert with 5–6 years of experience. You will be the driving force behind the brand’s growth in the U.S. market, responsible for translating product value into localized market language. Through refined retail, digital, and product marketing operations — and strong GTM execution — you will drive sales conversion and market share growth. We’re looking for a hands-on professional experienced in “sales enablement,” capable of building efficient marketing SOPs, and with proven success in major promotions such as Black Friday and Prime Day.
Job Responsibilities
Market Insights & Consumer Research
• Regularly monitor macro trends, consumer buying behaviors, and policy changes in the U.S. market; compile analysis reports and assess potential impacts on the brand and sales.
• Continuously track competitors’ activities (new products, marketing campaigns, promotions), analyze their market impact, and propose effective counter-strategies.
• Deliver accurate user profiling and behavioral analysis reports to support market positioning and personalized marketing strategies.
Retail Marketing & Channel Enablement
• Build and optimize end-to-end promotion management SOPs, ensuring efficient coordination across planning, material distribution, and post-campaign reviews.
• Lead the standardization of retail image and store design; plan store material matrices, optimize layout and experience, and enhance brand professionalism and customer engagement.
• Plan and support dealer- and store-level marketing activities with standardized toolkits that empower channel partners for collaborative growth.
• Develop and execute cross-industry collaborations and in-store pop-up experiences to create immersive brand moments and drive offline sales.
Digital Marketing & Content Localization
• Oversee in-platform marketing for key e-commerce channels such as Amazon and Home Depot+, mastering traffic allocation mechanisms to capture category traffic and maximize conversion.
• Lead UX optimization and sales transformation on the Shopify independent site, driving continuous iteration of user experience, content, and conversion pathways through data insights.
• Create localized visual and video content tailored to American consumer preferences and cultural context, covering social media, website, and email marketing with strong cultural alignment.
• Manage local social media accounts, publish brand updates and user stories, and engage with audiences while optimizing performance.
Sales Support & Product Promotion
• Develop and refine sales enablement toolkits, including competitive radar charts, scenario-based scripts, and product highlight videos, to strengthen frontline capabilities.
• Provide training to the sales team on product knowledge, sales skills, and event execution to enhance promotional effectiveness.
• Collaborate with the sales team to formulate presale strategies and bundled promotions to boost awareness and sales of new products.
Job Requirements
• 5–6 years of omni-channel marketing experience, with solid expertise in at least two of the following: digital marketing, retail marketing, or product marketing.
• Proven experience in integrated retail marketing, channel enablement, and boosting sell-through performance.
• Successfully led at least three major omni-channel campaigns such as Black Friday or Prime Day, and capable of standardizing learnings into reusable SOPs.
• Proficient in Shopify operations and advertising/traffic management on platforms such as Amazon and Home Depot; must have real optimization case experience.
• Excellent content creation and copywriting skills, with the ability to adapt to U.S. consumer communication styles.
• Strong results-driven mindset and data sensitivity; capable of problem-solving and driving growth in a complex, fast-changing environment.
• Mandarin Language Prefer, As this job requires communication with Mandarin-speaking people.
