About the Role
VITURE is seeking a Content Marketing Manager to develop and execute content strategies tailored to different international markets with the Marketing Team. The ideal candidate is for someone who combines strategic thinking with hands-on creativity, thrives in fast-paced environments, and understands how to localize brand storytelling for different cultural contexts.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Marketing Team to develop global content marketing strategies, adapting narratives to regional characteristics across North America, Europe, and Asia.
- Lead end-to-end content production, including topic planning, copywriting, video scripting, and creative direction — optimized for platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and Reddit.
- Strengthen KOL/influencer collaborations by co-developing content that drives engagement and aligns with brand storytelling, fostering authentic community resonance.
- Leverage existing assets for secondary content creation, deconstructing and reorganizing video, image, and copy materials into reusable high-impact formats.
- Analyze competitor strategies and user insights across global markets to refine brand positioning and develop differentiated storytelling advantages.
- Adjust content tone, visual style, and publishing cadence based on audience personas and data-driven insights to deepen brand engagement and awareness.
- Manage global content workflows and coordinate with external agencies to ensure quality, consistency, and timely delivery.
- Contribute creative concepts and experimentation, bringing fresh ideas to elevate brand storytelling and global visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related fields.
- 3+ years of international content marketing experience, ideally in the technology or consumer electronics sector.
- Strong understanding of global social media platforms; experience with performance tracking and creative optimization.
- Proven skills in video content creation and editing, with a keen eye for visual design direction.
- Experience managing content libraries, modular asset systems, or localization workflows is a strong plus.
- Prior experience in multinational companies, Fortune 500s, or fast-scaling startups managing global content from 0→1 is highly preferred.
- Background in technical or hardware-related marketing (e.g., smart devices, XR, or consumer electronics) is a plus.
- Candidates with hands-on video editing skills will be given priority consideration.
