Localization Specialist

· Solid understanding of Localization Workflows, Software Development, and Software QA.

· Experience working with content management databases and localization tools.

· Proven record of localization project management, testing and bug tracking

· Outstanding organizational and time-management skills with a demonstrated ability to work independently in a global team environment

· Excellent written and verbal cross-functional communication skills and experience

· Experience with planning, managing, and delivering multiple projects within very tight timeframes

· High level of focus and meticulous attention to detail

· Ability to identify and prioritize key deliverables and call out blockers, as soon as they arise, to the multi-functional partners.

· Ability to be flexible, highly organized, and respond quickly and enthusiastically to often rapidly changing direction.

· Ability to be inventive, able to handle complex situations and deadlines, have very good analytical skills, and strong aim to learn and succeed.
