Senior Program Manager, Social Media/Creative content
**This role is for a 6 month contract, that will probably renew further**
Position Summary
The Senior Program Manager will lead the end-to-end localization process of digital assets created by the social media and Creative Organization for use across global markets. This role requires strong project management skills, timely communication, deep understanding of marketing digital content, Microsoft’s localization operations, attention to detail, and experience coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of localized assets.
What You Will Do
Subject matter expertise:

Serve as the in-house subject matter expert for localization process within the POP team.

Provide the POP team with understanding of the timelines/sprints managed by the localization team, administrative requirements, etc. to ensure the POP team is successfully docking into the Localization’s team process.
Process Creator:

Create and maintain a process for creative assets to be localized, shared with field marketing, and shared (when appropriate) with the Paid Media team for trafficking.

Document the process and integrate into POP’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Seek feedback from teams involved in the process and refine as needed.

Evangelize localization best practices and processes
Program Management:

Oversee localization for S&C campaigns, ensuring business requirements are met at all stages.

Manage campaign localization from planning through execution and delivery, meeting quality and budget goals.

Prepare creative assets (copy, visuals, video) for localization, ensuring compliance with guidelines and platform specifications.

Coordinate asset handoff and return, manage field engagement, and maintain high attention to detail.

Facilitate regular status updates, resolve blockers, and manage stakeholder expectations.

Prepare digital assets, such as ads and video formats, for localization in collaboration with business partners.

Actively participating in planning phase, localization forecasting/costs for each campaign and communicating with other folks in the POP team to ensure stakeholders understand the cost implications.

Manage quality reviews – field engagement, including accurate reviewers list, weekly communication, execution including troubleshooting, reporting and final delivery response and reporting

Provide assistance with onboarding of new business partner or process trainings.

Minimum 7 years' project management experience [including digital content creation and localization].

Expected Compensation: Between $70,000 and $85,000 USD on an annualized basis.
