Project Manager

Location: Remote in CET time zone

Schedule: Part-time (10 hours/week)

Contract: 12 month contract role

Role Responsibilities:

Translation Coordinator

Single point of contact managing all ServiceNow requests.
Handles DOC/PPT/PDF (65%), XLIFF (25%), and Articulate E-Learning (10%).

Platform & Request Management

Retrieves files from Xyleme, POKA, and Articulate.
Submits to GlobalLink TMS and manages delivery back to platforms

Selective Quality Review

Most files automated. Critical files (certifications) receive manual quality checks for accuracy, compliance, and formatting.

Communication & Feedback

Updates markets on status and delivery.
Collects feedback for continuous process improvement.

Tracking & Reporting

Monitors volume, turnaround time, and reviewed files.
Uses data to optimize workflow and enhance service.
