Project Manager
Location: Remote in CET time zone
Schedule: Part-time (10 hours/week)
Contract: 12 month contract role
Role Responsibilities:
Translation Coordinator
- Single point of contact managing all ServiceNow requests.
- Handles DOC/PPT/PDF (65%), XLIFF (25%), and Articulate E-Learning (10%).
Platform & Request Management
- Retrieves files from Xyleme, POKA, and Articulate.
- Submits to GlobalLink TMS and manages delivery back to platforms
Selective Quality Review
- Most files automated. Critical files (certifications) receive manual quality checks for accuracy, compliance, and formatting.
Communication & Feedback
- Updates markets on status and delivery.
- Collects feedback for continuous process improvement.
Tracking & Reporting
- Monitors volume, turnaround time, and reviewed files.
- Uses data to optimize workflow and enhance service.
