The ROLE:
The UK/EMEA Marketing Manager will lead Milk Makeup’s digital-first brand growth across the region, with a strong emphasis on social media, creator ecosystems, digital campaigns, and e-commerce support. This role is responsible for translating global brand strategy into high-performing, culturally relevant digital and social executions that drive awareness, engagement, and commercial impact across the UK and EMEA.
This role is based in London, with frequent travel within the UK/EMEA - 50% of the time.
What YOU’ll do:
- Own the UK/EMEA digital and social marketing strategy in alignment with global brand direction.
- Lead regional execution across organic social, paid social, digital media, and creator content.
- Oversee regional social calendars and content localization across priority platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, emerging platforms).
- Partner with global teams to adapt assets and develop region-specific content.
- Lead UK/EMEA influencer and creator strategy with a focus on performance, authenticity, and cultural relevance.
- Manage paid partnerships, gifting/seeding programs, and creator-led campaigns.
- Lead digital-first go-to-market strategies for product launches and key brand moments.
- Partner with E-commerce and Sales to support online conversion and retail sell-through through digital activations.
- Activate omni-channel digital campaigns in collaboration with key retail partners.
- Track performance across all digital and social channels and continuously optimize based on insights.
- Monitor regional trends, platform changes, and competitor activity.
KPIs:
- Social growth: followers, engagement, reach, and share of voice.
- Influencer ROI, engagement, conversion, and brand advocacy.
- Performance of paid vs. organic creator content.
- Digital campaign and launch performance metrics (traffic, engagement, conversion support).
- Marketing ROI: CPA, CPE, and spend efficiency.
- Contribution to sell-through and online conversion during campaigns and launches.
- On-time, on-budget delivery and cross-functional alignment.
We’d like YOU to have:
- 5–8+ years of marketing experience with strong digital/social specialization.
- Proven experience leading social-first and creator-led strategies in EMEA markets.
- Deep understanding of platform dynamics, trends, and performance metrics.
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into action.
- Highly collaborative, agile, and comfortable in a fast-paced, founder-led brand environment.
- Passion for makeup, culture, creators, and digital innovation.
