The Junior Patent Filing Project Manager is responsible for supporting the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of patent filing projects. Working under senior project managers, this entry-level role offers the opportunity to learn project management skills and develop expertise in the patent filing and localization domain.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in planning, scoping, and gathering requirements for client projects
- Support project scheduling and tracking to ensure on-time delivery
- Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and external vendors to achieve project goals
- Monitor budgets and assist in controlling project costs
- Help prepare reports and maintain project documentation
- Learn to identify and mitigate risks while contributing to contingency planning
- Build strong working relationships with clients and team members
- Actively seek ways to improve processes for better delivery and client satisfaction
- Participate in training to become proficient in project management tools, systems, and methodologies
Qualifications- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Finance, or similar) or equivalent work experience
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exposure or interest about the patent filing and localization industry
- Experience in project management is preferred
- Experience in financial management and budget
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
