Our Production team is made up of producers with a wide range of expertise — from generalists who drive fully integrated campaigns to specialists focusing on film, design, photo, print and social. We bring the creative vision to life through planning and execution, from conception to delivery. This role will collaborate with a group of creatives, strategists, brand managers, project managers, as well as cross-functional and external partners to produce integrated campaigns for Marcom LA.
Description
Lead global campaign production, upholding Apple's high creative standards across Brand, Partner, Ecosystem, and Performance marketing. Drive end-to-end content creation and production for Apple Services initiatives, managing communications and workflows. This role demands strong attention to detail and will be a key cross-functional partner for other departments and organizations within Apple, including other content production teams, editorial, events, and marketing teams.
Responsibilities
- Campaign management and oversight of production work streams across paid media, apple ecosystem, and partners.
- Production ownership from pre-briefing, through concept development, production, localization and delivery.
- Manage the production of integrated campaigns, serving as the key production DRI for several campaign touchpoint that run simultaneously. This can include production of video, motion and static content.
- Plan, manage and communicate internal and external workflows, ensuring an effective exchange of information, scope and set of locked deliverables.
- Lead regular production-related project meetings (kick-offs, status, creative reviews, etc) and communicate action steps and updates to the broader team.
- Define project scope with internal and external partners - updating and advising on costs, schedule and resources.
- Oversee vendor paperwork (including bids, SOWs, invoices, etc).
- Partner with creative teams to help shape and develop approach to concepts as it pertains to production implications and best practices.
- Partner with BA and legal to secure usage rights, assess risk, and clearance of assets for distribution.
- Demonstrate familiarity with creative planning and effective resource management, as well as understanding the impact of production decisions on both creative output and our cross-functional partners’ business.
- Work alongside a team of producers, running multiple projects simultaneously.
- Lead and clearly communicate overall campaign timelines, project deliverables, and resourcing needs.
- Foster relationships with cross-functional teams, ensuring that we’re delivering against asks while crafting an environment that allows for innovation.
Minimum Qualifications
- 7+ years as a leading producer in a creative advertising agency or internal creative team.
- Proven experience producing integrated campaigns, managing high-volume work and budgets across multiple projects.
- Experience managing fiscal budgets, campaign budgets, scope, timelines, production and post-production partners.
- Demonstrated experience partnering with creative teams to help shape and develop approach to concepts from a production implications perspective.
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to maintain flexibility to adapt when adjustments are required.
- Deep knowledge of integrated production with a focus on video and digital campaigns.
- Ability to balance strategic big-picture thinking with meticulous attention to detail, optimizing for daily needs, efficiency, and team structure.
- Established network of creative, production, digital, animation, and illustration partners.
- Ability to review SOW’s, handle budgets, negotiate costs efficiently with third party vendors, build PR’s, PO’s and track spend.
- Experience articulating creative intent to others and proactively coordinating with partners to bring ideas to life.
- Previous implementation of creative ideas and communications across a variety of mediums from film, digital display, print, OOH, illustration, animation, photography, email, experiential activations, and website landing pages.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent industry experience.
Pay & Benefits
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $139,800 and $260,800, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
