Job Description-
Content Migration & Implementation
- Lead end-to-end content migration from legacy CMS or data sources into Contentstack.
- Define and execute migration strategies, including content modelling, mapping, transformation, and validation.
- Partner with engineering teams to support automated and manual migration processes.
- Ensure data integrity, versioning, localization, and metadata accuracy during migrations.
- Validate migrated content using previews across web and mobile channels.
CMS Governance & Management
- Own Content stack content models, entry structures, workflows, roles, and permissions.
- Establish content governance standards, naming conventions, and lifecycle workflows.
- Ensure consistency, scalability, and reusability of content across platforms.
- Oversee page layout, modular content structures, and multichannel publishing readiness.
Team Oversight & Collaboration
- Manage and oversee a team of content authors and CMS users.
- Review authored and migrated content for quality, accuracy, and brand compliance.
- Act as the primary Content stack point of contact for cross-functional teams (product, design, engineering, marketing).
- Coordinate CMS-related dependencies and timelines across projects.
Training & Enablement
- Design and deliver Content stack training programs for authors, editors, and stakeholders.
- Create documentation, how-to guides, and best-practice playbooks.
- Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and mentorship to CMS users.
- Drive adoption of Content stack features and continuous improvement.
Quality Assurance & Optimization
- Define QA processes for content entry, migration validation, and publishing.
- Ensure SEO best practices, accessibility standards, and performance considerations are met.
- Monitor content effectiveness and recommend improvements to structures and workflows.
Required Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience with Content stack or similar Headless CMS platforms.
- Proven experience managing content migration projects.
- Solid understanding of content modelling, structured content, and headless architecture.
- Experience training and supporting content teams on CMS platforms.
- Excellent stakeholder communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Strong attention to detail and process orientation.
Desired Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Information Systems, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience working with developers on APIs, JSON, or migration scripts.
- Familiarity with SEO, accessibility (WCAG), and multichannel content delivery.
Experience in large-scale enterprise CMS implementations or replatforming initiatives
