Job Scope
This role will be the key to a successful startup program. You will be responsible for the daily success of the program creating a positive experience for all participants. Responsibilities will range from community management to logistical support. You will report to the Program Manager responsible for the overall program and account management. You will be responsible for performing administrative duties, as well as support with events and management. You will be expected to be available at all program stages and virtual/physical event times scheduled for the duration of the program. You will be interacting with mentors and up-and-coming startups on a daily basis.
The position is based in Seoul, South Korea.

You want to learn from the cumulative experiences of other Programs team members, but would be up for the challenge of adaptation and localization. You understand how to navigate needs between multiple stakeholders, and would be humble in doing so. Most importantly, you are excited at the prospect of supporting founders and elevating the tech community in Seoul, South Korea.
Essential Functions
Proactively serve as the first level of support for program applicant questions and inquiries that require local knowledge.
Coordinate and manage Office Hours between the mentors and the founders/startups.
Source and coordinate local industry speakers and investors to guest speak virtually for the program, per request.
Lead the logistics and operational preparations for Demo Days, working with various stakeholders as needed (startups, partners and vendors, etc).
Ensure the successful execution of Demo Days.
Send regular communications to participating startups, including program updates and operational announcements.
Update internal documents and tools for regular reporting and visibility.
Provide support to the Program Manager in all aspects of the program, participating in weekly syncs with the programs team.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
Be one of the most organized people you know
Exceptional attention to details
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Korean and English
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides), and Hangul Word Processor (HWP)
Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment under pressure
Global & cultural awareness, and excited about working in a diverse environment with different types of people from around the world speaking different languages
Self-starter & prioritize to get tasks done efficiently
Passionate about startups
Work authorization in South Korea
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working on, with, or for startups
Experience with budgeting and reporting
Familiarity with cross-cultural business
Knowledge of the startup ecosystem in South Korea.
