Job description:
We are looking for US Based French/Arabic/Haitian Creole/Bengali/Mandarin/Korean and English remote speakers who want to join an international company. Over-the-Phone (OPI) Interpreters at LanguageBridge Solutions. Who will play a vital role in ensuring effective communication between French/Arabic/Haitian Creole/Hebrew/Portuguese-speaking patients and healthcare providers. In this rewarding position, you will serve as a bridge, facilitating understanding and enabling patients to receive the care they need. It is essential that the candidate can understand and interpret a variety of medical-related terminology and be knowledgeable about various medical processes and procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Answer calls in a professional manner, acting according to the Interpreter's code of conduct, HIPPA and FWA.
- Be aware of the specific vocabulary of the industry the interpreter works with (healthcare and medical one, specifically).
- Provide accurate and impartial interpretation services during medical consultations, medical terminology, procedures, instructions, information between French/Arabic/Haitian Creole/Bengali/Mandarin/Korean -speaking patients and English-speaking healthcare professionals and other healthcare interactions.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency/Bilingual/Native level of English and target language (French/Arabic/Haitian Creole/Bengali/Mandarin/Korean).
Requirements: Since this position is fully remote, you should comply with several technical requirements for your computer. We need to ensure that your home office will work effectively.
