- Provide real-time interpretation between Korean and English during meetings, , safety briefings, and daily operations to ensure mutual understanding among multilingual teams
- Translate technical documents, safety protocols, training materials, and operational manuals from Korean to English and vice versa with precision and clarity
- Facilitate effective communication during equipment troubleshooting, quality inspections, and process improvements by interpreting technical discussions accurately
- Support employees by translating materials and assisting with language barriers
- Collaborate closely with supervisors and team members to identify communication challenges and implement effective solutions
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while ensuring transparent communication across language barriers
- Fluent in both Korean and English, with strong interpretation skills in a manufacturing context
- Proven experience in translation or interpretation, preferably within industrial or technical environments
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly and accurately
- Strong understanding of linguistics principles to ensure precise interpretation across different dialects and terminologies
