Scope:
The Localization Data Specialist is in charge of managing, validating, and analyzing all IKTVA related data across the organization. The role ensures data accuracy, consistency, traceability, and alignment with Saudi Aramco IKTVA requirements. This position supports monthly and quarterly reporting, audits, performance monitoring, and management decision making through reliable data and analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
· Collect IKTVA and LC&GPA related data from HR, SCM, Finance, and Operations
· Validate, reconcile, and cross check data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency
· Maintain a centralized IKTVA and LC&GPA data repository with proper version control and traceability
· Structure data in line with Saudi Aramco and LC&GPA reporting templates and scoring logic
· Support monthly and quarterly IKTVA reporting with verified and reconciled data sets
· Prepare detailed data packs to support submissions to Saudi Aramco
· Calculate the company IKTVA score based on Saudi Aramco methodology and approved inputs
· Calculate LC&GPA scores in coordination with SCM and Finance using official frameworks
· Validate scoring assumptions, weightings, and inputs used in IKTVA and LC&GPA calculations
· Perform IKTVA and LC&GPA score forecasting based on planned spend, Saudization, and localization initiatives
· Develop score simulation scenarios to assess the impact of operational and commercial decisions
· Support the IKTVA Manager with score projections, improvement scenarios, and sensitivity analysis
· Support IKTVA and LC&GPA audits by providing reconciled data, calculations, and supporting evidence
· Develop and maintain IKTVA dashboards, trackers, and performance monitoring tools
· Automate data collection, calculation, and reporting processes where feasible
· Perform trend analysis, variance analysis, and root cause analysis on IKTVA performance
· Maintain consistency between source systems, internal reports, and external submissions
· Identify data gaps, anomalies, and scoring risks and escalate them to the IKTVA Manager
· Support executive and management presentations with accurate data and clear analysis
· Track SADA trainees and graduates’ data across locations
Educational background required:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
