Job Description:
As a Localization Coordinator, you will work alongside R&D, Product, and UX/UI teams to manage the localization of our software into multiple languages. You will collaborate with global stakeholders, coordinate translation activities, and oversee our localization platform to deliver a high‑quality, consistent product experience worldwide.
This will be a hybrid role working 2 days a week from either our Cambridge or London office.
What Will I Be Doing?
- Coordinating end‑to‑end localization workflows across R&D, Product, and other cross‑functional teams
- Managing the localization platform and ensuring translation quality and consistency
- Leading or supporting procurement processes when sourcing new translators, in collaboration with regional teams
- Maintaining glossaries, terminology databases, and other language assets
- Developing and improving long‑term localization strategies, including:
- Vendor selection and management
- Evaluating localization technology
- Designing processes for launching new languages and maintaining existing ones
What Experience Do I Need?
- Experience in localization coordination or translation project management
- Familiarity with localization platforms or translation management systems (TMS)
- Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to maintain quality across multiple languages
- Ability to work effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
- Experience collaborating with translators or managing vendor relationships
- Interest in improving processes and exploring modern localization technologies
