Position Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead student recruitment efforts for a private high school in the U.S. market.
This role is responsible for developing and executing data-driven marketing strategies to attract, engage, and convert U.S.-based students and parents, ultimately driving enrollment growth.
The ideal candidate has strong experience in U.S. market digital marketing, with a proven track record in lead generation and conversion, and the ability to take ownership of enrollment outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Student Recruitment Strategy & Leadership:
- Lead and develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive student enrollment in the U.S. market
- Build and optimize the full recruitment funnel (Awareness → Lead → Nurturing → Enrollment)
- Own and deliver key performance metrics, including leads, conversion rates, and enrollments
Paid Advertising & Budget Management:
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram)
- Manage advertising budgets and allocate resources to maximize ROI and ROAS
- Monitor and improve key metrics such as CPL, CPA, and conversion rates
Social Media & Content Strategy:
- Develop and oversee social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
- Create culturally relevant content tailored to U.S. students and parents (e.g., student stories, campus life, academic outcomes)
- Drive engagement and conversion through content-driven campaigns
Data Analytics & Performance Optimization:
- Establish tracking systems using Google Analytics (GA4), CRM, and ad platforms
- Analyze performance across the marketing funnel and implement data-driven optimizations
- Report marketing performance and strategic insights to leadership
Market Insights & Localization:
- Conduct market research on U.S. education trends, competitor schools, and parent decision-making behavior
- Develop localized marketing strategies aligned with U.S. culture and school admissions cycles
Team Leadership & Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Manage internal marketing staff or external agencies
- Collaborate closely with Admissions, school leadership, and other stakeholders
- Establish processes and best practices to improve marketing efficiency
Partnerships & Channel Development:
- Build partnerships with U.S.-based schools, education platforms, consultants, and influencers
- Identify and expand new channels to drive brand awareness and student acquisition
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 5+ years of digital marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a strategic or managerial role
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in U.S. market digital marketing
- Hands-on experience in lead generation and conversion (performance marketing)
- Demonstrated ownership of key business outcomes (e.g., enrollment, revenue, or growth metrics)
- Strong understanding of U.S. student and parent decision-making behavior
