ROLE DESCRIPTION
You will lead digital acquisition, conversion, retention, and online growth for both brands with a clear focus on optimization across paid media, email/CRM, SEO, affiliate marketing, website content, and CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) for the US and EU websites. You will work cross-functionally with marketing, creative, product, e-commerce, and development teams, while also managing external agencies and specialists. This is not a role for someone who simply executes a playbook. Success in this role will come from growing digital performance while strengthening the health of our wider channel ecosystem.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Revenue & Growth: Own online revenue performance across both brands and both markets (US + EU) Lead paid media strategy, execution and budget across Meta, Google, YouTube, and Amazon Ads Manage and hold external agencies and specialists accountable to results Continuously optimize CAC (Customer Acquisition Costs), ROAS, AOV, conversion rate, and LTV Use dashboards and analytics tools to turn data into actionable recommendations.
- Conversion & Site Performance: Own CRO initiatives across both websites, product pages, landing pages, navigation, and checkout Direct homepage and landing page development with the Shopify developer to support campaigns and conversion Work cross-functionally to deliver a best-in-class customer journey across US and EU storefronts
- Lifecycle, CRM, Retention: Own lifecycle marketing end-to-end in Klaviyo flows, campaigns, segmentation, and reporting Build automations and campaigns that drive repeat purchase, retention, and long-term customer value
- SEO, Content & Discoverability: Own organic search strategy across both brands including emerging areas like LLM SEO Manage an editorial calendar aligned to search intent, commercial priorities, and campaign cadence Support localization efforts to ensure content quality and relevance across US and EU markets
- Support campaign and product launch execution: Lead the digital rollout of major campaigns and product launches across paid media, CRM, website, and affiliate channels. Ensure launches are commercially effective, well-coordinated, and aligned across the US and EU websites. Brief internal teams and external partners to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and to a high standard. Track performance post-launch and create strong feedback loops to improve future execution.
- Manage affiliate and partner-related growth initiatives: Oversee the affiliate program backend, including recruitment, tracking, and payouts. Support digital relationships tied to dealers, pro-store, and key e-commerce growth partners. Identify opportunities to strengthen partner contribution to digital revenue.
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- 5–7 years in digital marketing or e-commerce with proven ownership of revenue targets and ad budgets
- Hands-on experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, and Google Ads
- Strong commercial mindset, you balance brand equity and performance, not one at the expense of the other
- Experience managing agencies, freelancers, developers, and cross-functional stakeholders
- Comfortable operating across US and EU markets with an understanding of regional differences
- Data-driven decision maker who can translate performance into clear recommendations for leadership
- Excellent communicator: written, verbal, and in a board-level deck
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
- Experience with YouTube Ads, Amazon Ads, and other affiliate and ad platforms
- Proficiency with A/B testing, heatmapping (e.g. Hotjar), and CRO tooling
- Familiarity with translation and localization workflows for multi-market e-commerce
- **Experience in foil, kite, wing, wake, or outdoor sports is a strong plus**, we love when our team rides what we build
