We are looking:
for a hands-on Localization Manager to help us bring our product and content to the world - in the right language, tone, and culture. You’ll own the localization process end-to-end, making sure our message lands right wherever it goes.
Get ready to:
- Manage end-to-end localisation from translation to quality checks.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, UX, content, and support teams to set priorities and deliver projects.
- Manage external translators, vendors, and localisation platforms.
- Ensure content is accurate, culturally relevant, and on-brand.
- Track performance metrics and continuously improve workflows and processes.
- Manage budgets and timelines effectively.
- Stay current with localisation trends, AI tools, and best practices.
We expect you to:
- Experience in localisation or translation project management.
- Strong project management and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environments.
- Fluent in English and Lithuanian
Nice to have:
- Experience localising software, websites, or marketing materials.
- Background in linguistics, translation, marketing, or related fields.
- Experience with AI translation tools, workflow automation, and process improvement.

Salary
Gross salary range is 1700-2500 EUR/month.
