Role Overview
This role focuses on supporting beverage product development and localization efforts for the Americas market. The position requires hands-on involvement in product testing, ingredient understanding, and basic market analysis. Candidates should have prior exposure to beverage or food-related product work and be comfortable operating in a structured, execution-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support analysis of consumer preferences and market trends, and contribute to product development initiatives
Assist in the development and testing of beverage formulations, including flavor adjustments and ingredient combinations
Work with core ingredients (e.g., dairy, sweeteners, fruit) and understand their basic functional and sensory properties
Participate in product validation processes, including internal testing, launch preparation, and post-launch tracking
Monitor market developments in the beverage and food space to support incremental product improvements
Required Qualifications
1–3+ years of relevant experience in beverage, food product development, or a related function
Demonstrated exposure to product testing, formulation support, or menu/product development processes
Basic knowledge of ingredient functionality and flavor profiling (e.g., sweetness balance, dairy interaction, fruit flavor characteristics)
Ability to execute tasks with attention to detail in a process-driven environment
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Professional working proficiency in English or Chinese
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in beverage chains, food service, or consumer food brands
Familiarity with product rollout, testing protocols, or performance tracking
Additional language skills (Spanish or Portuguese) are a plus
Willingness to travel occasionally within the Americas region
