About the Team
The Monetization Product Operations (MPO) & Platform teams' goal is to help businesses have seamless experiences with our advertising solutions by designing and scaling processes to resolve technical issues within our product. We're a global team with regional hubs in Singapore, China, Israel, London and multiple locations in the US, and we're expanding to more hubs.
About the Role
TikTok seeks experienced program managers to support TikTok's top advertisers. This role involves close collaboration with in-market Sales and Customer Service teams, in addition to regional product teams, and be a driving force for how we connect, inform, and engage our customers. Ability to self-motivate, prioritize and influence partners are key skills. Candidates will be working with various technologies and are expected to have experience implementing content solutions for tech companies. You will report to the Global Lead of Education Platforms.
Responsibilities
- Provide insights and deep understanding of learning programs and content strategies; sensitive to content quality; establish help center content standards and evaluation system, and proactively identify problems to improve content optimization, creator growth and consumer experience.
- Establish educational materials quality monitoring, moderation of support content ecosystem and learning program traffic. Identify potential low-quality content trends through quantitative data analysis, and qualitative observation.
- Collaborate with product, and other teams to build distribution strategy and optimize the full chain of content recommendations (including content quality control, creator management, etc.).
- Conduct in-depth competitor and market research, be on top of the latest TikTok shifts and trends, and know how to make recommendations to leverage them for the benefit of the brand
- Write well and craft simple, clear, friendly copy that drives results.
- Design and develop engaging and interactive learning experiences using a variety of instructional methods and media.
- Implement feedback from a wide range of stakeholders, while maintaining high creative standards for the work
- Support localization of global web content and quality of translations
- Work collaboratively with software engineers, product managers, business stakeholders, UX designers and other teams to produce and publish compelling content and learning programs.
- Ensure online content supports SEO goals, our brand standards, web style guidelines and legal and compliance requirements.
- Keep our users informed with platform news and product releases.
- Establish the product launch calendar.
- Able to design scenarios based learning content.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years of content and L&D experience; preferably in a startup, high growth tech environment.
- Demonstrated ability to drive results/outcomes, not just process.
- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and project managing your own workload to set deadlines and deliver high-quality work on time.
- Proficiency in using instructional design tools, such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar e-learning authoring software, Experience with graphic design and multimedia tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Camtasia, or similar applications.
- Experience navigating high growth, fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communication skills to listen and influence.
- Strategic thinking and creative problem-solving
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience writing for an ESL audience
- Experience in social media management and creation of engaging content for TikTok
- Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to balance brand voice and style with strategic marketing messages
- Ability to address delicate issues with clarity, sensitivity, and empathy
- Ability to follow legal guidance and best practices, while maintaining a clear and friendly writing style to create the best user experience

Job Information
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $98040 - $171422 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
