Job Description: Part time/Hybrid Remote and In-person Operations Assistant & Interpreter Team Coordinator
We are expanding our team and looking to hire a hybrid/part-time operations assistant & interpreter team coordinator. Hours/Schedule
Independent Contractor/1099, Part-time, Hybrid (remote and in-person)

We are looking for a highly organized and efficient team member, who is responsive, flexible, forward thinking, and enjoys multitasking. Our ideal candidate would be an innate problem solver, who is technology savvy, with experience scheduling and familiar with Microsoft Excel, Quickbooks, Salesforce. Also we seek someone with an innate love and appreciation of different languages and cultures, as we employ translators and interpreters throughout Delaware and the Tri State Area, representing 250 languages including American Sign Language.

Schedule
Monday-Friday (Flexible) mostly 8:30am-3:30 p.m. but includes and as needed response work for unexpected off-hour emergency calls

Terms
Independent Contractor, 90 day contract to be extended to a renewing annual contract
Salary/Rate
$20 per hour
Additional Conditions: Must be responsible to be on-call for urgent assignments that come in after hours. Must be able to attend 5 in-person training sessions at training rate.
