The US base salary range for this full-time position is $105,000-$154,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Lead the process for Joint Business Planning (JBP). This includes facilitating planning, execution, and successful delivery of JBPs across the organization.
- Act as the primary point of contact between Customer and Marketing, Operations, and Product Vertical Solutions teams, ensuring alignment and collaboration throughout the JBP process.
- Advocate for the needs/priorities of Operations leadership in all JBP-related forums and discussions.
- Contribute in the success of the Intake and Mobilization team by ensuring JBPs are seamlessly integrated into overall planning and execution.
- Provide regular updates on JBP status, OKR tracking, and progress through JBP check-ins and other reporting mechanisms.
