Naarg Data Media services is seeking a Sales Development Representative to help us further our mission of providing top-notch translation and localization services to our clients. As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and building lasting relationships with potential clients.

Responsibilities

Research and identify potential clients in the translation and localization industry
Develop and execute outreach campaigns to generate new business
Educate potential clients on Naarg Data Media services offerings
Respond to inbound inquiries and provide prospective clients with information about our services
Work collaboratively with the sales team to set appointments and follow up on leads
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in our CRM
Attend industry events and network with potential clients to build relationships

Requirements

Proven experience in sales or customer service
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
Experience using a CRM system
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Customer-focused with a passion for providing high-quality service
Understanding of the translation and localization industry preferred
Minimum 11 years experience as sales development representative is required. Having experience in Media, Edutech is preferred

Benefits
