Print and Translation Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Print and Translation Coordinator to manage the production and localization of training curriculum materials. In this role, you will collaborate closely with curriculum developers to receive finalized content and oversee its translation and printing for deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with developers to receive and review training materials.
Partner with translation subcontractors to ensure accurate and culturally appropriate translations.
Oversee quality assurance of translated materials and manage revisions as needed.
Supervise the production and printing process to ensure high-quality outputs.
Manage timelines and ensure all deliverables meet project deadlines.
Act as a liaison between internal teams and external vendors.

Qualifications:

Strong organizational and communication skills.
High school diploma and 1-3 years of project management experience
Experience in translation coordination or project management preferred.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Familiarity with print production processes is a plus.
