Key Responsibilities

1、Strategy & Operations Leadership

Formulate and execute business strategies for Australia, aligning local market positioning, product portfolio, and channel development with global objectives
Oversee P&L (Profit & Loss) and ROI (Return on Investment) performance, setting and achieving aggressive financial targets
Lead annual business planning and budgeting processes, ensuring alignment with corporate goals

2、Cross-Functional Collaboration

Establish strategic partnerships with headquarters departments (R&D, Marketing, Supply Chain) to optimize resource allocation
Drive localization of global product launches while maintaining brand consistency

3、Team & Organizational Excellence

Build and lead a high-performing local team through talent acquisition, development, and performance management
Foster a collaborative, agile organizational culture with strong cross-functional synergy

4、Market Development & Stewardship

Identify and capitalize on market opportunities through customer-centric strategies to grow share and revenue
Maintain productive relationships with government agencies, industry associations, and key stakeholders

5、Compliance & Risk Management

Implement robust compliance frameworks covering labor laws, data protection, and industry regulations
Proactively assess market risks and develop contingency plans to ensure business continuity

Requirements

1、Professional Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred)
Proven experience in leading Australian market operations (Experience in local or multinational enterprises is essential)

2、Experience & Expertise

Minimum 8 years of leadership experience with at least 5 years in Australia-based general management roles
Demonstrated success in market entry/new market development preferred
Deep understanding of French business practices, consumer behavior, and cultural nuances
