About
Localization Project Manager with 10 plus years delivering life sciences and regulated content. I run end to end production across large portfolios, owning scope, schedules, SLAs, quality and budgets. Recent work includes medical device labeling and IFUs under ISO 13485 and HIPAA, plus clinical trials localization support. I average 50 to 60 projects per month with about 99 percent on time delivery. Strengths include risk control, stakeholder communication, vendor and linguist management, and hands on quality checks. I maintain linguistic assets like translation memories, term bases and style guides, perform file analysis and raise tickets to Solutions or Engineering for connector and parsing issues. I use data and AI assisted checks to improve turnaround and quality, and I have led coordinator teams while standardizing SOPs. PMP candidate targeting early 2026. Remote U.S. and open to hybrid.
