My demonstrated skills are as follows:
• Strong Project Management skills, ability to work under pressure and without supervision, all while handling multiple complex simultaneous projects that meet deadlines with attention to details.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to provide directions to fellow co-workers as well as Vendors to complete projects with high quality that meet objectives. Effectively communicate, coach, train and guide Vendors to eliminate high costs, and risks.
• Use critical, and creative thinking with strong problem solving skills, prioritizing, and handle a large volume of projects simultaneously to make sure all meet promised deadlines within structure where team members reporting to multiple leaders with teams that are geographically dispersed.

• Perform quality control checks on documents for the beginning of the processing projects upon delivery of translations.
• Strong understanding of translation, and localization industry proven with experience.
• Strong graphic design, layout, and Desktop Publishing skills including technical skills with a strong understanding of printing requirements.
• Computer skills: Macintosh and PC platforms with variety of Software (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, QuarkXPress, Framemaker, Adobe Acrobat Pro, Microsoft Office products including Visio and Publisher).

I have over 25 years experience combined from Europe and United States in the printing and publishing area with graphic design including 20 years in the Translation Industry. I have worked on projects with developing publication concepts, from the idea stage to the creation, print, and distribution of the final product. I have demonstrated success in these fields year after year, executing quality work, and leading the way in innovation for the teams I was involved with,
so we will “Work Smarter not just Harder”. I have contributed in the creation of the documentation in multiple language groups in 30 separate languages.
