- Build and coordinate linguist teams so everyone knows their role and works comfortably together, and reorganize processes when things suddenly change.
- Distribute tasks and coordinate colleagues’ work.
- Prepare and manage audio projects: from budgeting and scripts to directors, actors, and even travel arrangements.
- Ask the right questions at the right time and realistically assess my own limits.
