Since 2018, I’ve been working in bilingual customer service, both in Peru and internationally, where I’ve gained extensive experience managing customer inquiries, scheduling, and providing real-time solutions. In 2021, I enhanced my skill set by training in Customer Service Interpretation (CSI) and medical terminology, which helped me improve my communication and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
Additionally, my experience as a legal professional in Venezuela, where I worked as an assistant and later as a CEO of my own company, gave me hands-on exposure to managing various administrative tasks. From handling emails and scheduling appointments to more strategic functions like company management, I’ve developed a high attention to detail and an ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
