About
My Roles and Responsibilities for the current job are:-
• Serve as the liaison between linguists and the company
• Monitor daily production of assignments
• Assist linguists with questions and issues as needed
• Develop strategic assignment workflows
• Work with internal teams on complex file preparation for import into CAT tools
• Provide the translation team with all necessary tools to ensure delivery of a top-quality product; (i.e., translation tools training, glossaries, and guidelines)
• Ensure jobs are completed and delivered to clients on time and with the utmost attention to quality, following all established department and company ISO-documented quality processes
• Maintain an active translation team relationship to ensure quality product delivery
• Relay relevant complaints related to a linguist or translation quality to a higher-level team member and recommend needs to maintain the accounts in good standing
• Assist in coordinating fast-paced projects, including resource allocation and collaboration, maintaining and adhering to project schedules and timelines
• Facilitate relationships with vendors and all members of the localization team
• Quality assurance checks of returned translated material based on strict documentation and guidelines
