Greetings my name is Laura Cherubin. Learning is my lifetime passion! I love linguistics and even if I don't speak many languages, I do my best to broaden the ones I speak everyday by readind, researching, trying to find meanings/definitions and synonyms of words. That's what brought me to the path of Interpreting since 2018. I started doing In-person Interpretations and then quickly switched to Remote Interpreting! Everyday is a new adventure; Every Call has its own challenges. You just never know what you could encounter. But, as I am a very detailed-oriented person, I enjoy interpreting for serious sessions such as a Dr. telling a patient about a complication of a disease-not that I enjoy the suffering of humankind in any way shape or form; but I understand the importance of a serious message being able to be well conveyed in order that the patient could understand the proper steps to take! I could also delight in a light call such as calling a patient just for an appointment reminder. Interpreting is as serious as any other jobs and I take it to heart. That is why I am still in the business of Interpreting as of today!
