About

I hold an MA in Translation, whereby I specialised in translating satirical comics for my Extended Translation project; and a BA in Modern Languages (French and Spanish) with Translation, during which I spent a month living with a local Spanish family and attending summer school at the local university. I also obtained certifications in 'QC in Subtitling' and 'Master of Subtitling Guidelines: General and Timing Guidelines' to further refine my subtitling skills.

I have over 2 years of subtitling experience with TED Talks, primarily in language combinations Spanish<>English, covering a variety of genres, and where my subtitles have been published and are available for public use on YouTube.
