I am highly motivated, detail-oriented, and experienced in managing multiple programs simultaneously. I thrive in dynamic environments and am adept at working both independently and as part of a team. My strong communication skills, both written and verbal, enable me to effectively collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels.
In my recent Program Manager role at Welocalize, I was responsible for a +$5m client portfolio and management of a team of 13.
I have worked on several new Localization programs from inception, building them into +$1m annual accounts. I have been brought in to work on many ‘challenging’ programs to rectify and address problems in attaining client satisfaction, operational delivery compliance and financial performance. I have multiple years’ experience in defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics and managing budgets and profitability metrics. I have also defined and driven localization quality strategy, developed and advised on client localization strategy, including negotiation of annual contracts and targets. I am confident that my strong background in program management and my passion for stakeholder satisfaction and growth achievement make me a perfect fit for Program and Project management opportunities.
