Position Details
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Language Education Recruitment Specialist for a part-time remote contract (1099) role. This position is integral to fostering diversity and inclusion within our language education programs. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise to identify, engage, and recruit a diverse pool of talent, ensuring that our values of inclusivity are reflected in every recruitment initiative.
Essential Duties
- Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract candidates from diverse backgrounds in language education.

Candidate Profile

- Proven experience in recruitment, particularly within educational or language-focused settings, demonstrating a commitment to fostering inclusive environments.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of candidates.
