Speech Source Therapy Inc. is a therapist owned multi-disciplinary pediatric center that provides Speech, Occupational Therapy and Child Development Services to children ages birth-21.
SSTI is a well-established private practice that has been serving the Los Angeles community for over 15 years. We have 4 clinics located in Van Nuys, Los Angeles, Huntington Park, and Paramount.
We are currently seeking a full time and experienced Speech Language Pathologist to provide speech and language evaluations and ongoing therapy to children with various communicative disabilities in the home, daycare and preschool setting.

Responsibilities:
- Develop therapy and treatment plans for speech disorders and/or delays.
- Implement standardized tests for accurate diagnosis of communication disorders.
- Establish treatment goals and milestones with patients.
- Document treatment plans and progress reports electronically in medical records.
- Update patient progress to relevant parties and submit in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with other professionals on shared patients.
- Establish good rapport with parent, including education support and counseling
- Requirements
- Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Valid state license or certification to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist.
- Experience in pediatrics or early intervention is preferred but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in patient assessment techniques to identify communication disorders effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for effective patient care and collaboration with families and colleagues.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development in the field of speech therapy.

Job Type: Full-time/ Part-time
Salary: $75.00 to $80.00 per session (Based on level of experience)
Annual salary is also negotiable
