We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Web Project Manager to oversee global web launches, work back schedules, field management, and asset handoffs between multiple stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in web development, project management, and digital marketing strategies. This role requires excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to ensure successful project completion within scope, time, and budget. Must have experience working with SEO tools for keyword research, on-page optimization, backlink strategies, and performance analytics.
- Manage project workflows and coordination across multiple agency partnerships and functional deliverables, including SEO, development, accessibility, experience authoring, design, tagging and analytics, localization, and experimentation.
- Project, task, and administration management
- Managing subject matter experts and stakeholders (this could be strategy and website managers, subject matter experts across the web team or another agency partner team that contributes to web functional deliverables to bring experiences to life) and building positive cross-team relationships.
- Review, audit, and manage sites, UX and content for adherence to web framework rules, brand guidelines, and all pertinent Line of Business rules of site management.
- Execute strategic web plans to deliver organic Marketing websites
- Leverage and align to available brand guidelines, style guides, client frameworks, and assets to create consistent and compelling websites that align with product positioning and messaging frameworks.
- Provide guidance for webpage assets, wireframes, and template designs.
- Lead all reporting. This includes keyword research and SEO reporting through BrightEdge, Google Search Console, and all relating platforms. Reporting will include search engine performance, on site performance and business impact
- Deliver reporting solutions with visualization.
- Sitewide content and asset lifecycle management including Adobe DAM/Assets management.
- May include AEM templated page authoring for smaller, more agile site needs.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, marketing, or comparable experience.
- 3+ years of experience in web project management or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of web development processes, UX/UI principles, and SEO best practices.
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or Monday.com.
- Familiarity with CMS platforms such as AEM. WordPress, Shopify, or Drupal.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Technical background in web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, etc.).
- Experience in digital marketing, PPC, or social media management.
- Certifications in PMP, Agile, or Scrum are a plus.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $45 to $48 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
