Your Role:
As a bilingual SLP, you'll play a crucial role in providing engaging and effective therapy to children in both school and clinic settings. Your responsibilities will include:
Providing individualized therapy to children to help them achieve their communication goals.
Collaborating with teachers, families, caregivers, and other professionals to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
Conducting evaluations, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and maintaining organized and accurate documentation.
Working closely with school staff to ensure seamless integration of therapeutic interventions within the educational setting.
Maintaining 23-25 billable hours per week, ensuring a balance between school and clinic responsibilities to provide comprehensive care to our clients.
What We're Looking For:
We are seeking a motivated and dedicated bilingual SLP who meets the following qualifications:
A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
Valid Maryland or DC licensure in Speech-Language Pathology.
Bilingual proficiency (preferred).
A passion for helping children achieve communication success and a commitment to making a positive impact in their lives.
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills that enable effective collaboration with a diverse team of professionals.
