School Sign Language Interpreter Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in American Sign Language, Interpreting, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications required: EIPA, RID, NIC.
- Hold current licensure as an ASL Interpreter in Washington.
- Strong skills in American Sign Language (ASL) and familiarity with additional interpreting systems.
- Previous interpreting experience in a school environment is strongly preferred.
Job Details:
- Part Time: 15 - 20 hours weekly
- Start Date: 03/11/2025
- End Date: 05/20/2025
- Caseload: 1:1 with a Pre-School Student
- Pay Rate: $40+ an hour
