Your New Role:
A WBD Localization Specialist is responsible for localization of content, developing strategies to support clients while adapting to a fast-changing industry and new technologies. This role is also responsible for identifying opportunities for innovation, process improvement and implementing change. Day-to-Day, this role supports the team goal of preserving the original creative intent of WBD content while considering local cultural sensitivities.
Relationships & Communication: Maintain relationships with stakeholders across the studio, regional and territory teams and key vendors. This includes, but is not limited to:
Coordinating activities across WB Technology, Sales & Marketing, Anti-Piracy, Localization Vendors and 3rd party clients to ensure a high level of client satisfaction is achieved and maintained.
Localization: Supports dubbing, subtitling and title work efforts across a variety of content types. Including but not limited to:

College preferred, with emphasis on language translation, film or related area, or equivalent work experience.

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery's total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $54,061.00 - $100,400.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time and vacation.
