Qualifications
🔹 Proficiency in Korean as well as English, Japanese, or Chinese (must be fluent in at least two languages, including Korean)
🔹 Familiarity with different cultures and a strong understanding of nuanced language differences
🔹 Passion for the content and media industry, with a strong desire to grow as a K-content expert
Preferred Qualifications
🔹 Majors in languages, literature, or related fields
🔹 Detail-oriented and highly responsible individuals
🔹 Experience in translation or interpretation
Work Conditions
🔹 In-house:
- Working hours: 10 AM – 7 PM (8 hours/day, Monday to Friday)
- Salary: Negotiable after the interview
- Three-month internship before full-time employment decision
🔹 Freelance:
- Remote work (Flexible working hours, days, and location)
- Project-based payment

Recruitment Process
🔹 In-house: Application screening → Screening test → Interview & on-site test → Aptitude test → Pre-employment medical check-up → Hiring
🔹 Freelance: Application screening → Screening test → Final selection → Contract signing → Work assignment
Important Notes
🔹 Any false information discovered during the process will result in disqualification.
🔹 In-house candidates will undergo a three-month internship, after which a decision on full-time employment will be made.
🔹 Freelance contracts may be subject to project availability and finalized at a later date.
